Composer Petr Eben (1929–2007) always promoted home music-making and he wrote a number of pieces for amateur musicians. His appealing and uncomplicated Sonatina semplice was written for the flute or violin with piano accompaniment. The edition was revised by Bohuslav Purger (cello) and Vaclav Zilka (flute).<br>
